Definitely! Many of the properties we buy have back tax matters. We work with a title agency that researches all the property details, including back taxes. If the back taxes are reasonable, Vivid Land Group will take care of paying them during the title transfer. Just keep in mind, we handle ALL the fees involved in buying your property. You don’t have to worry about a thing!

Well, it depends! We’ve got a unique set of skills. Sometimes, we work on improving properties by getting them rezoned or approved with the county for a development project. We might even bring utilities like water and sewer to the lot. Usually, we sell the improved property to developers looking to build in a new area. We’re good at scoping out areas and acquiring multiple properties to turn over. Also, we have solid connections with builders and contractors, so we sell to them too. And if everything else falls through, we’ll put the property on the market after getting it photographed, doing drone videography, and further evaluating it to understand its full potential.

We like to have one of our team members reach out to the county planning & zoning and the local utilities company to confirm all the necessary information.
